New house with spacious area close to the 215 and 10 minutes away from south end of the strip,Las Vegas Blvd 15min away from the airport and 7 minutes away from the raiders stadium, nearby grocery stores,gas stations shared full bath room for two guest room, separate dining area for guests,microwave,mini fridge& coffee machine for guests, brand new bedroom set, small Tv included , walk in closet.Free onstreet parking. Security system & cameras on property at entry points&common areas in house. The space 2 GUEST MAX, no smoking in the house,access to only second floor lounge area and guest rooms. ONLY PAID GUEST ALLOWED ON PROPERTY, this is a family home please observe rules of home. Guest access Bedroom, second floor common area with dining table, microwave, mini fridge. During your stay Me and my husbands schedules vary. Limited interaction with guests. Other things to note Me and my husband live on property With our two dogs, and child that are well behaved and have the own area that is not in guests area. Our schedules vary but noise will be kept at minimum during late night hours.
