The historic natural stone house house has been renovated and designed with many loving and artistic details. The apartment has a large kitchen-living room with direct access to the sun terrace. A living room/bedroom with a double bed (160:200 cm) and a work area. Extra bed for one person is possible. Behind the house is the large sculpture garden. The space You can go on vacation in an artist's apartment, it was expanded and designed by me. Everywhere you experience art and an alternatively designed environment. The rooms are large and there is plenty of space to be. The eat-in kitchen offers space for cooking, eating and playing together. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The furnishings are rather simple, it is not a luxury apartment, for example, you still have to wash up yourself. Here it is still heated with wood, a kitchen stove can also bring warmth in cool summer evenings. Games and a ping-pong table are available. A rustic log cabin sauna that must be heated yourself is located close by. (Walk there in a bathrobe) Guest access You can use all the rooms and the sun terrace fully and completely for yourself. Also in the large artificial garden with sun loungers, seating and a dream swing there is plenty of space for everyone and use is possible by arrangement. Other things to note You come to a particularly alternative village with about 70 inhabitants, far from the mainstream. Time is running a little slower here. Pure relaxation is possible. The village is located in the wide landscape conservation area "Tollenseflusslandschaft". Lots of greenery, a beautiful park, tranquility. Here you can still walk without meeting people. Eagles, milanes and cranes enliven the picture. Swimming facilities in the river of the "Tollense", with a 10-minute walk it can be reached quickly. Or in the gravel lake in Zarrentin, 15 km away, with magnificent turquoise clear water and a child-friendly beach. Paddles and canoe tours are highly recommended on the river, a canoe station is nearby.(8 km drive) The Baltic Sea( Usedom), or the Greifswalder Bodden are between 40 and 60 km away. Shopping is only 15 km away! In the apartment you will find works of art that were almost all created by me. A studio visit is possible by arrangement.
