A standard size staircase followed by 2 shorter ones will lead you to your unit where views and sunsets will not disappoint. Guests will have sole access to the apartment with 1 undercover parking space. You also have access to your own lockable storage room behind your car space which is perfect for storing bikes and surfboards or items you wish to keep at ground level. Other things to note Not available to children under 12 years of age. This property is part of a complex so please keep noise to a minimum. Strictly no smoking in the apartment or on the balcony. The property has been designed to accommodate 4 sleeping guests only. Rubbish must be removed from property on vacating. No oils of any kind to be used on bedding, the replacement of sheets, pillows cases and quilt covers if stained by these will be at the expense of the guests.
