Private King Bed Guest suite in Clairemont

This private guest suite is located on the canyon side of north Claremont. This location is also about 10 min away from all of the local attractions including the La Jolla & Pacific beaches, Sea World, Balboa zoo and the downtown Gaslamp. There is also a center within walking distance that has various shops, grocery & a movie theater. The room is equipped with a tv (Netflix & HBO available), fridge, microwave, coffee maker and other amenities to make your stay more pleasant. The space The room is the master bedroom of a larger house. The guest access is accessible from the outside right entry of the house (There is a walkway leading to the entryway). There is a private guest entry via a keypad that will allow you to enter on your own. The entry leads from the master bath into the bedroom. The doorway leading into the rest of the house is locked and insulated with padding and curtains to reduce noise. This insulation helps quite a bit, however, there may possibly be some ambient noise during the daytime hours, much like having a roommate or a neighbor in an apartment complex. This is why we ask our guests to honor quiet nighttime hours (10:00pm). The home is also currently using central air, so if you need us to raise the heat, then please feel free to let us know. We are here to make sure you have a comfortable stay! Additional notes: This is room has been newly remodeled (excluding the wood floor) so the furniture, fixtures, bathroom, paint and everything else is all completely new. The unit is a single master bed, there is no full size kitchen equipment in the room. This is a private unit however, I can be available to provide additional amenities, blankets, etc upon request. Again, the doorway leading into the house will remain locked throughout your stay as there will be noise insulation materials padded on the other side. The house and neighborhood are very quiet anyway but I am very receptive to communication should you need us to accommodate quiet hours during the day.  The garage of the house has been converted into a personal training gym. Sessions are only conducted during business hours so noise should never be a problem. If there are any special requests for this please reach out via the host and they will make accommodations. Additionally, we have worked a deal out to get discounted rates, so, if you are traveling and want to get a personalized workout from an experienced trainer (masters in Physiology and certified Exercise Physiologist) we can set up cheap one hour or 45 min sessions! Guest access Our guests will have access to their own private room and bathroom. There’s also a separate entry to the unit for added privacy and convenience. The entrance does lead from the bathroom into the bedroom. Guests are able to access the room at any time day or night. Someone can be available to assist with bags, questions etc. between 3:00pm-10:00pm upon request. Please reach out prior to your stay if you need physical assistance checking in so I can accommodate. Cancellations A Strict cancel policy within 48 hours of booking and 14 days before check-in to get a full refund. Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees).
