The entire property is reserved exclusively for one group at a time, starting from just a couple. The space IDEAL PLACE FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION: We like to think of ourselves as a cozy private space with homely vibes rather than a luxury resort with fancy amenities. Our essence lies in simplicity, and we take pleasure in providing tailored moments that surpass any commercial luxury experience. This makes us the perfect choice for spending a special day with your loved ones. A PEACEFUL RETREAT: We absolutely value the serene calmness of our setting and have a zero tolerance policy for any activities that disturb the tranquil vibe of this magical paradise. We kindly ask you to make a reservation only if you and the group are able to meet the conditions outlined below. # A guarantee from guests that the calmness of our setting is well preserved. # It is important to reiterate that our place is NOT suitable for partying. # We will not tolerate guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. DINING EXPERIENCE: A delightful private dining experience awaits at our poolside diner patio, where you can enjoy delicious homemade dishes prepared at our central kitchen or opt for food delivery from local restaurants, additional charges may apply. ROAD CONDITION & ACCESS: Beautiful destinations can be hard to reach and please expect broken Tar road (3 Kms stretch), accessible by sedan cars but remember to drive super slow on some sections. NAVIGATION - MAPS: Follow the navigation instructions sent by us separately and not to trust Maps 100% as they may show multiple ‘jeep only access roads’ (especially when travelling through Elappara route). GENERATOR BACKUP: We are prone to frequent power failures especially during monsoon & winter season (strong winds). In the event of a power outage, indoor lights are available 24/7, however generator backup is available only between 6-10 AM and 6-10 PM (for hot water, pressure pump & plug points). CANCELLATIONS: Hill station weather can be unpredictable and in case of any unforeseen circumstance (landslide, heavy rain, persistent electricity problems etc) we may initiate booking cancellation and rest assured, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and provide appropriate compensation. Extra charges (INR 2500) applicable for opening second room. ADDITIONAL ROOMS: Additional rooms are available at the property, however, by default, we typically only open two rooms. To request more rooms, please contact the host and provide a description of your group for mandatory approval in advance. Please note that check-in will be denied if there are more people in your group than specified during the booking process.
