A single family home is located in Powder Springs, Georgia. Our home provides approximately 3289 square feet of living space. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in a great part of the county. Drive up to a two car side entry garage with enough space on driveway to park up to 6 cars. Main level opens to nicely decorated living and dining rooms with hall leading to comfortable coffered ceiling family room and open concept breakfast area and large gourmet kitchen with double ovens and other high end appliance. Granite countertops and quality cherry oak cabinets. Large bedroom on main for those who don't like climbing stairs. Bright sun room off of family room with view of nice wooded area and the spacious grassy back yard. Three Outside security cameras only. No indoor cameras. Top level features 4 more oversized nicely decorated bedrooms. Master bedroom has large sitting room, large on suite w/garden tub, separate shower, separate toilet room and double sinks. There’s an upstairs washer/dryer laundry room. There is a television in each room. Guest has access to back deck where they are welcome to use the grill to make their favorite outdoor meals. Guest DO NOT have access to basement. Owners will occupy basement apartment during guest's stay. We will meet you on the day of your stay and walk you around the house before leaving. That will be our time to meet and greet, ask questions and review house together. While we are accessible, we choose to turn the house (exception basement apartment) over totally to guest to enjoy however we will be available to assist if needed at any time. The basement apartment is OFF LIMITS and will be occupied by the owners during your stay. Basement has separate access from the main house. There are two local parks in the area, a huge soccer complex, walking/running track within one miles, three of Super Walmarts in the area. Kennesaw Town Center Mall; Cumberland Mall and several shopping centers, auto dealers, restaurants, bowling, pizza shops, trampoline center for kids and adults, climb nearby Kennesaw Mountain, climb Stone Mountain, how about the huge Atlanta Ferris Wheel, Atlantic Station in Atlanta is a must, you will love it, and other walking/bike trails, etc. . There are several rental car dealers in the area, no public transportation in the area, public bus center can be found 5 miles away but there is no bus services in our area. Taxi cabs and Uber are available, of course There are numerous groceries stores, strip malls, restaurants, hair shops, gyms, soccer, baseball fields and aquatic center within a couple of blocks of house. We recommend getting out and enjoy all that the area and Atlanta has to offer. There are activities nearby and in the Atlanta area that will keep you busy all day, every day.
