Newly remodeled furnished two-bedroom apartment on first floor of two family bungalow. All new modern appliances. Sleeps three, queen size bed in the master bedroom with an audio booth for recording podcasts or voice overs (note if recording need to bring equipment). There is a twin bed in second bedroom and pull out sofa in the living room. The space The apartment has a spacious feel with an open kitchen and living area. It was recently gut renovated. Decorated with a simple and clean touch. Guest access The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook & enjoy your meals. There is a gas grill on the deck. Linens and towels are provided.
