It has a private entrance and patio, a very comfortable queen bed and located in a SAFE quiet,residential neighborhood with FREE easy street parking-walking distance to many restaurants, shops, etc (ie Marina Marketplace) and 2 miles to the famous Venice Beach/Boardwalk. With numerous amenities (ie: free premium streaming services), you’ll love the comfort and convenience of this tranquil space. The space This recently remodeled space was designed specifically for out of town visitors. It features a very comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and shredded memory foam pillows (it’s a wall bed). There is a private bathroom with shower, Roku enabled flat screen TV, fast and free Wi-Fi, Kuerig coffee maker (complete with coffee, cream and sugar), kitchenette stocked with plates, utensils, etc..., ceiling fan, air conditioning/heat and keyless touchpad entry via a cozy, private patio. Located 1.5 miles from the Marina and 2 miles from Venice Beach, you can enjoy the experience of coastal living on the west side of Los Angeles. Guest access Guests have access to our (attached) private studio unit with it's own bathroom, private entrance, Kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, sink), and patio with bistro table and chairs. Other things to note This unit has a private entrance and is a completely private studio but it is attached to our home.
