Our home is about 1/2 mile from Hamilton village center. The house backs up to Colgate University's Seven Oaks Golf Course and faces the University Campus out front. It is easy walking distance to campus and sporting events. Perfect for a group of alum or parents attending sporting events. We have an open kitchen/dining area suitable for 6-8 comfortably. The house can sleep 8 people comfortably. 5 Bedrooms - 3 Queen/2 Full We are already rented for Graduation and Reunions 2024. The space Our home is conveniently located in the village. It is very close to both the campus, downtown and even the athletic fields. We are also located at the bottom of the "wedding hill" on campus. A great advantage for wedding guests. This is our home so availability may be limited at times. Since this is our home, our personal property stays throughout the home. Our kitchen is stocked with most anything a guest would need. Guest access The whole house is rented each time. Other things to note There is no parking on the street. If need be, there is an access road to the golf course that guests can use to park behind our garage on the lawn. Access road is on the other side of the blue house next door.
