Accommodation close to tourist attractions at the entrance of the Presqu 'île de Rhuys, between the Gulf and the ocean: 15 min from Vannes, 20 min from Port Crouesty, beach on the Gulf side 5 min away, beach on the ocean side 15 min away. Small shops nearby in the village (grocery store, wine cellar, cider factory, biscuit shop, roaster, restaurant, baguette dispenser) and supermarket 10 min drive. Walks from the house directly, and close to the coastal trail. The space On the ground floor, you will find a large bright living room with a kitchen that has all the amenities to prepare meals(induction stove, range hood, oven, espresso machine, kettle, microwave, pastry maker, sodastream...), a dining room with a table that can accommodate up to 8 guests and a living room overlooking the garden. Also a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and cellar. Upstairs, a small living room, 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed allowing everyone to have their privacy and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Outside, you can enjoy the garden and terrace with a summer kitchen (BBQ, countertop, water point) as well as a sunbed area with an leisure pool. If the sun is too strong, you can take shelter in the shade of the century-old oak tree, which will bring you a little freshness. A parking space allows you to park up to 3 cars. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except our room and garage which are boarded up. Other things to note A home automation system allows the management of the entire house. The temperature is regulated thanks to the roller shutters so you don't get too hot in summer, an alarm activates when you leave the house, different bright atmospheres are available in every room in the house. All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The house is not suitable for people who have difficulty taking a staircase. The land is not enclosed but the street is not very busy. Sheets and towels are provided. We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we rely on you to return the listing to the clean state where you found it out of respect for the person passing behind you. If you want to have clean linens during your stay, a washing machine is available for your use. Also, a robot vacuum cleaner for the ground floor as well as the cleaning kit.
