Simple guest room with a Queen size bed, private bath with shower, washer and dryer, 42" tv, netflix, and a semi private balcony. This is a room in my home and we do have pets and cannot allow other pets. Not more than two guests and this room is upstairs. Long term guests welcome SHARED pool and spa Access is limited to the entry and the room, no house privileges. I am generally on the premises and can be reached by text most of the time. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and peaceful, although the main street can be busy during certain times of day. A car is best but many guest use Uber etc. to get around we are also very close to Bus line 14, but please note it has limited hours. This is a non smoking property. Iron, ironing board available in the laundry room. Washer and dryer in your room. Bring your favorite keurig 2.0 coffee pods, there is a machine in your room. I provide one to get you started.
