Beach 1/2 mile drive outside community w/public parking. Passes for vehicles will cost $55 each. Each unit is allowed 2 passes! However there is overflow parking if you have 3 vehicles. This is a separate fee and must be paid separately, as AirBNB does not have a place to add parking fees, as of now. Upon booking, please let me know how many vehicles you will have, so we can have your passes ready that you need! Any vehicles that do not have parking passes, will be charged an additional 140.00 dollars as per the community. * Kayak Launches * Golf Cart Rentals * Beach Access * Nature Trails * Free Parking * Free WiFi * Bird Watching * Golfing * Tennis Courts * Our community, “The Rookery,” was built in 2005 located adjacent to the back of the “Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge.” My stand alone beach cottage is nestled between the pines and natural shrubs at the very back. We are almost hidden away for maximum privacy! We are near two top-rated golf courses on the island, The Peninsula and Kiva Dunes, restaurants, and several boat and kayak launches. Not to mention nature trails! Here are more details on our amenities: Free WiFi (Coming in january new underground WiFi) You will enjoy our Samsung streaming 59” & 45” TV’s with apps. Feel free to log into your Netflix, Disney and many others. Our kitchen has everything you need from flatware, plates, pots/pan. Fully functioning with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal! We’ve even added some staple foods like coffee, creamer, sugar, flour, cooking oil! We thought of it all including the kitchen sink! Did I forget to mention the Keurig ❤️ Washer and dryer are contained in a private closet tucked away out of view for your convenience (No more heading home with 7 loads of laundry or worse, the washateria lol) The front porch is a little slice of heaven ❤️ Grab a glass of wine and a relaxing book and unwind! We are in the heart of Fort Morgan, one of the safest place on earth I know! Rest and know that you and your family are safe and sound. We have towels for everyone stocked in each bathroom and all beds are made up with linens and comfortable pillows (always extra pillows) We have a zero entry salt water pool with a hot tub! Upon request I provide His and Hers matching bathrobes for your nightly hot tub Rendezvous. Don’t forget your wine ❤️ I also provide tennis rackets at my beach house for 4 people! Don’t forget the tennis balls. Adjacent to the tennis courts is BBQ pits and picnic tables for hour family grilling time. We also have on site boat and trailor parking for our guest! We are so close to the mobile bay with launching access. And if you want to rent a golf cart, there is an on sight rental! We have thought of everything ❤️ This location is perfect for those who enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores in the summertime. This covers most of the pertinent amenities but read further for more info about our lovely natural area. I invite you to share my space that sleeps 10 people comfortably. Double in one bedroom with a sofa also, queen in second bedroom, and queen in the master. The beach is a quick 4 minute drive outside our community with public parking for your convenience. Entire condo plus all pool and hot tub amenities are for your pleasure and enjoyment while vacationing. Other things to note My home is your home for the duration of your vacay!
