Tucked away in a lovely, leafy Athens neighbourhood, our freshly-refurbished, spacious home is located an easy 5 miles from UGA campus and downtown Athens. The space House features include: * fireplace * Private large backyard + deck with charcoal grill * Comfy queen bed + 2 extra sofas in the living room can sleep a total of 4 if needed (please let us know if you intend to use the sofas so we can provide bedding) * Fast WiFi * Coffee, tea & breakfast foods provided *Chest full of board games, cards & poker set *Nursery with fitted crib and daybed for babies or children (available upon request) *NB - It may come as a shock that our house has no tv, but we invite you to take advantage of a cosy evening by the fire with a book or a board game instead... or you can always stream your favourite channel with our high speed wifi! ;-) Guest access The whole house and garden is yours to enjoy with the exception the office (currently under redecoration). Our baby son’s room is available if you are traveling with a baby or child. It’s equipped with a crib and daybed suitable for children. Just let us know if you want to use the nursery and we’ll make sure it’s prepared for young guests!
