Located in “Klein-Basel”, this house is from the 15th Century and is part of Basel’s most historic houses. My home should transmit peacefulness and tranquility with its carefully curated interior design. The space Recently renovated and maintained with love, this space is perfect for maximum 4 people. The apartment is on two floors - the bottom floor consisting of the guest bedroom, guest bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, and open dining/living space. The top floor allows for maximum privacy, consisting of a master bedroom and master bathroom with shower. The location is incredibly central, just footsteps from the pedestrian walk by the Rhein river. “Basel Messeplatz”, home to ArtBasel, is a 10 minute stroll away (stop by the wonderful local bakery on the way for fresh croissants)… Some of the perks of staying at my charming home, other than its beauty and location: -Large TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime -Smeg Kitchen appliances, Juicer -Nespresso coffee -Very fast internet (glass fiber) and a desk for all you needing to work from home -Weekly cleaning (if you’re thinking of staying a little longer…) The apartment is on the last two floors of a 15th Century home – accessibility is according so no lift. Please also keep in mind that there is no central air conditioning in old houses so sometimes it can get a little hot. I provide a fan in the guest bedroom and a window AC in the main bedroom.
