It also has an extensive enclosed private garden, brick BBQ stand & benefits from the afternoon & evening sun, with access to a private 6 person hot tub with gazeebo. Lilypad Lodge is comfortable and spacious, with the open plan kitchen / lounge / diner offering ample space for up to 6 people to mingle. It is situated on the edge of the development, with French doors opening from the Lounge onto the extensive decking area arranged to the side and rear and offers guests either a table for 6 for alfresco dining, or comfy seating to enjoy a coffee or special tipple, whilst enjoying the wonderful countryside views looking out over the wildlife ponds and into the woods beyond. It also has the additional benefit of an extensive enclosed private garden with a brick built BBQ and further seating, and benefits from the afternoon and evening sun, with access to a private 6 person hot tub with gazeebo. The Space Lilypad Lodge provides guests with a spacious modern and welcoming retreat, with the all the extra comforts that discerning guests require for a luxurious self-catered holiday. To add that extra touch of luxury, guests are provided with a premium Welcome Pack which includes a bottle of Prosecco, a selection of Tassimo coffee pods, a ‘treat’ and for all adult guests, a toweling robe and slippers. The airy open plan living accommodation allows guests to feel relaxed the moment they walk through the door, with the full height windows allowing light to flood the room. The modern fully equipped kitchen offers ample storage space for everything you need for your stay, including a 5 ring gas hob and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, as well as an oven, dishwasher, washer drier and fridge freezer. The centre kitchen island, with the benefit of 2 bar stools, allows guests to mix and mingle whilst preparing meals, with the dining area offering comfortable table seating for 6 whilst enjoying the lovely views. The comfy sofas are arranged to provide a relaxing living space to either watch your favourite programmes on the 55” Smart TV or to enjoy the lovely views, so whether it be day or night, everyone can come together and enjoy quality time. There is direct access from the lounge area onto the extensive decking offering guests the option to enjoy alfresco dining or comfy seating whilst enjoying the lovely views looking over the wildlife ponds and woodland beyond. Steps from the decking lead to the enclosed private garden area, with stepping stones leading you to the private hot tub which can be enjoyed what-ever the British weather offers as it has the advantage of a gazeebo. There is also a BBQ area with picnic bench, all designed so that guests can enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine. The master bedroom has a king size bed and luxurious en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also offers a king size bed with ample wardrobe space, whilst the third bedroom, also with wardrobe space can be made up with either two single beds or a super king zip and link bed, dependent upon guests requirements. Bedding is of high quality for a relaxing nights sleep and all bedrooms have the benefit of 32” Smart TV’s. The family shower room also has a spacious walk in shower cubicle with both drenching and handheld shower heads and top quality fixtures and fittings. Robes and slippers are provided for all adult guests. The free wi-fi allows guests to stay in touch with work, family and friends should they wish. EV charging point is available 1 minute away (The iEquos app is needed to use this facility) Guests can also book Stag Lodge, the only other 3 bed 2 shower room lodge based at the same location through AirBnb. Together, both Lilypad and Stag Lodges can accommodate up to 12 guests and are only 1 minute walk apart from each other. Both have their own private hot tub for 6 guests, substantial decking and private garden area. Guest access You will have full access to the whole of Lilypad Lodge and also all the grounds and facilities within the Park. Other things to note Lilypad Lodge is strictly a no smoking property, including e-cigarettes. We cater for families, couples and friends and family get together's and celebrations but strictly NO Hen or Stag parties. Guests are not to create any undue noise or disturbance, and keep noise to an absolute minimum between the hours of 11:00pm and 8:00am. No pins or tac allowed for party decorations, and strictly no confetti. Hot tub to be used by guests in accordance with the rules displayed on site and cannot be used after 9am on the day of check out. Sorry, no pets are allowed at Lilypad Lodge.
