(need to clean up after each use and do not cook long lingering smells) The washer and Dryer are available for use as well. Parking is plentiful. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am and are strictly enforced The house is one block away from the bus stop, Aldi grocery store, and plenty of restaurants. I do not stay on site but I am available anytime needed. Other airbnb guests stay here as well. Since this is a shared listing, we have a camera in the living room. Guest access Parking in the front, plenty of street parking. Please do not block the driveways. Guests are welcome to utilize the kitchen space to prepare light, quick meals- arrangements for lengthy utilization of the kitchen are made on a case by case basis for longer stays (1 week or more). With kitchen use, ALL cleaning must be done immediately afterwards. All pots, pans, plates, and anything else used in prepping the meal must be washed.
