Blue Tiny Cabin @ Boots Off Hostel & Campground
Have a rustic mountain experience with a private Tiny Cabin at Boots Off Hostel & Campground. Designed to be a comfortable, cool (w/ air conditioning), or warm (w/heater), clean sleeping space for up to three people, the Tiny Cabin will be the perfect place for rest while you enjoy a hike along the Appalachian Trail and/or water activities on Watauga Lake (Kayak/Canoe/Paddleboard rentals available). Please note, bathroom and shower facilities are shared, and are a short walk from Tiny Cabins. The Tiny Cabins do include a small, unstocked mini fridge and a coffee maker with coffee supplies. They also feature overhead and personal lighting for each bed, along with outlets for charging or other accessories. Your stay includes a light continental breakfast. A air conditioner and heater are provided to keep you cool or warm, depending on the time of year along with having extra blankets, linens, and towels available at customer’s request. Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. The campground is a beautiful place for a short, shady walk through the woods. There is also a shared common area (heated), with a large fire pit (we make fires most nights), picnic tables, a shared fridge/freezer, sink, hot plate, microwave, and toaster oven. We also have a small camp store with hiker essentials, snacks, and some frozen foods/ice cream. The staff of Boots Off, including owner Jim Gregory, will be happy to assist at any time during your stay. Boots Off Hostel and Campground is located just outside of Hampton, Tennessee, a very small town. The Appalachian Trail is just steps away from the end of the driveway, with beautiful Watauga Lake (with sandy beaches) just down the street (5 minute walk). About 25-35 minutes away are the towns of Elizabethton and Johnson City along with the Bristol Motor Speedway. Walking and Driving.
