Bottom level bedrooms open out onto screened porch. Upper level bedrooms have their own private balconies. Four twin beds in bunk area between two upstairs bedrooms/baths. Sleeps 12. Perfect for a multi family getaway! The space Parking for up to 4 cars under the house with additional parking in the driveway. Other things to note 10x12 canopy provided for guests on the beach during summer months. The TVs in the den and upstairs area are smart TVs that you can use with your personal streaming subscriptions logins. The TVs in the downstairs bedrooms are able to accommodate Firesticks. (Firesticks are not provided.) No other TV programming is provided.
