Private room, 3/4 bath in Old Snowmass, a lovely area 15 miles from Aspen. The room is on its own garden level. King-sized bed, linens, small fridge, wine cooler, hairdryer, iron & ironing board. Off-street parking, cable TV, Wi-Fi, land line. You can live out of a suitcase here! Washer/dryer, shared kitchen upstairs and porch overlooking the stream. Private entrance. Easy access to Hwy 82, bus service. No smoking or vaping indoors or outdoors, no pets, no extra guests. Monthly rental The space The room has three double windows with very muted light. There is a second room on the same level with windows on three sides, two desks and a day bed. A Steinway grand piano is available upstairs for an experienced musician to play. Guest access This is a supreme area for biking, and it is a short drive to mountain trails--Capitol Peak, Snowmass Mountain. You will have one dedicated parking space,off-street in a small parking area next to the house. During your stay I'll be available to greet you when you arrive. I can provide directions for hiking and biking and other outdoor activities-- I have maps and guides for Aspen and Basalt. I am non-intrusive unless you need assistance; I will be available and living upstairs. Other things to note Gorgeous mountain views from the kitchen and dining area. The creek runs through the property. The Old Snowmass area has widely spaced ranches and private homes. It's a great pace to bike on the roads or on the Rio Grande Trail nearby. The bedroom is very quiet.
