Other things to note Important Noise Control Notice! Please Read Before Booking! This is a stacked townhome with a wood-frame structure, so sound can carry easily between floors. Our living room is built directly above the bedroom of the unit downstairs, due to the original design of the building. We warmly welcome families with small children. However, if you are arriving late in the evening or traveling with kids, please avoid letting children run or play in the living room during the quiet hours. Our downstairs neighbors have frequently reported noise disturbances, especially from late-night check-ins and kids running overhead. To help us maintain good relationships with our neighbors and avoid complaints, please respect the quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. If you're planning a late arrival or traveling with young children who need more space to move around, this home may not be the best fit for your stay. In order to provide a safe, clean environment for our guests, all rooms are non-smoking. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for rooms returned with evidence of smoking. All rooms were installed with Fresh Air Smoking Detection System, a technology to monitor and detect tobacco smoke and marijuana smoke immediately. The technology immediately detects and records hazardous airborne chemicals.
