Cozy, private space for the perfect getaway in GR

The space has a comfy, queen sized bed and a futon in the space as well that can be transformed into a bed. Some of the amenities include a mini fridge, microwave, dining area, television (Direct TV), workout equipment, and a private bathroom. Since we are pet-friendly, we deep clean the space in between each visit. The space This home is located 2 miles from I-196 & 3 miles from I-96. ***Very close to downtown Grand Rapids*** Safe and private neighborhood Garage parking available Guest access All spaces will be available to access except for my personal bedroom and office. A hot tub is available for use October through March (by request) During your stay We rarely stay in our home when we are booked - even though the space is separate from where our guests stay. We respect our guests privacy and want to make check-in & check-out very easy. ***DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS WE WILL BE STAYING HOME AS OUR BACKUP SPOTS ARE NO LONGER OPTIONS DURING THIS TIME*** Other things to note Before booking, check with us if we plan on being home during your stay. Generally, in the summer we leave on the weekends but it varies. If we are home during your stay, we do stay out of your hair but there could be noise from our little ones. We do our best to minimize the interactions and noise but ask if you have questions if you think this could affect your stay.
