Welcome to Mt. Dora, a quaint little town near Orlando Florida. Known for its charm, Mt. Dora is host to many festivals for arts, crafts, storytelling, bicycling, music, antiques and more. Big Orlando attractions such as Disney World, Sea World And Universal Studios, to name a few, are all within in a 50 minute drive. Kennedy Space Center and beaches are a 60 to 90 minute drive away. A comfy, cozy home awaits for you to relax and unwind away from the crowds! One mile to Historic Mt. Dora. The home is roomy (1324 sq ft) and decorated for comfort and relaxation. We want you to walk in and feel at ease in your surroundings. Picture windows allow lots of light and oak trees provide a nice bit of shade. Plenty of room for parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, filtered water, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (sorry, there is no dishwasher). Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, basic spices, oils, condiments available along with coffee and teas. The living room has large smart TV with cable, basic Netflix and Amazon Prime. WiFi provided and secure. Very comfortable furniture. Beds are new memory foam type mattresses with extra pillows. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. All quilts and throws are laundered after every guest as well as linens. Feel confident that we pride ourselves in providing a very clean home. There are two steps down with railing to second bedroom, half bath, laundry area, and side porch. The bathroom has tub shower and hair blower, soaps, and shampoos provided. Bath towels are big and plush. Portable magnified makeup mirror. Night lights available. Porch with seating and gas grill. Full laundry with detergents provided. Full length mirror on hallway door. Garage available to store your bicycles, coolers etc. Beach chairs in the garage for your use if you decide to venture to the beach. Four beach towels also available for your use. Entire home (space is not shared with other guests). Garage can be used for storage of bikes or coolers etc. We have a circular driveway but cannot accommodate trailers per city codes. Entrance is easy via code on the front door. We are just a text or phone call away if you need anything or have any questions. We can try to be on site upon your arrival if requested. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, away from tourist crowds. Locally, a one mile or 10 minute walk to Historic Downtown Mt. Dora. Renegar's Antique and Flea Market is a 2 mile drive. We do not provide a cleaning service for inside the home during your stay. For extended stays, if a cleaning service is desired, it can be arranged for an additional fee.
