The Ranch on Beaver Creek invites you &/or your guests to come relax & enjoy our beautiful & peaceful 1400 sq. ft., 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is beautifully furnished including a fully stocked kitchen that is ready for any length of stay. We are nestled up against the foothills of the Oregon Cascades, in the heart of the Willamette Valley within min of many wineries & every outdoor activity you can think of. We are approx 6 mi from downtown Lebanon & 15 min or less from Albany & I-5. Enjoy your morning coffee looking out our large picturesque window, and watching the morning sun spread across the prairie full of Chickens, cows, deer, wild turkey, fox, hawks, eagles & so many other animals in their natural habitat. There is nothing more relaxing than a glass of wine sitting on the glider outside watching the sun go down & lighting the sky with beautiful shades of reds, oranges and pinks. Our apartment is perfect for any individual looking for a peaceful, stress-free environment or for families looking for an adventurous vacation (sleeps anywhere from 1 to 8+). The kids can enjoy playing in our year around creek that runs right through our property, or fish on our fully stocked pond (small mouth bass…catch & release only/ fishing gear not provided) while you have an afternoon picnic. Enjoy quiet time by the fire pit outside the apartment with wine or hot chocolate or fun time with your family &/or friends roasting hot dogs, Marshmallows & s’mores. Explore the many natural wonders of the local area, including Water falls, hiking trails, lakes, rivers, or relax on an afternoon float down the Santiam River that is no more than 10 minutes from the apartment. We are 8 miles from downtown Lebanon, so you are close to everything you need…Grocery stores, Gas Stations & plenty of Restaurants, as well as the Medical School, LBCC Health Sciences building & Hospital. Explore the many natural wonders of the local area; including Wineries, Belnap Hot Springs, Golfing (Mallard Creek Golf Course), Hunting, Fishing, Hiking trails, Parks, Lakes (Foster Lake), Water falls (McDowell Creek Falls) & Rivers, or relax on an afternoon float down the Santiam River that is no more than 10 minutes from the apartment. We are approx. 20 min to Albany, 30 min to Corvallis (OSU), 40 min to Salem, 1 hour to either Eugene & Portland. All of this and much more await your stay while here on The Ranch on Beaver Creek. You have the entire apartment which is beautifully furnished, including a fully stocked kitchen that is ready for any length of stay. We welcome you to explore our property...walk along our creek or cross our bridge & enjoy our pond. We give our guests space but are available when needed (Airbnb Text is best) You will enjoy a beautiful rural setting, full of cows, deer, wild turkey, fox, hawks, eagles & so many other animals in their natural habitat. We are surrounded by American Elm, Cottonwood, Pine and Birch trees with ever-changing colors and beauty which provide an exceptional setting for you &/or your guest. We DO allow pets, but they must remain on a leash & we request you pick up after them, please. Also, if you plan to have your pet left inside during the day, please crate them while left alone in the apartment. We can accommodate RV’s, campers, tent campers, Motorcycles &/or cars (We do not have RV hookups). Feel free to bring your BBQ pit.
