Recently renovated, it features bright Mediterranean-style interiors and a spacious panoramic outdoor area with a private whirlpool tub available all year round and an al fresco dining area. The property is reached via approximately 200 meters of pedestrian path and 60 steps, typical of the Amalfi Coast. The property includes: • Panoramic outdoor terrace with beautiful sea views, equipped with a heated Hot Tub (available all year round), comfortable outdoor seating and a dining table, ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals al fresco • Sea View patio, equipped with BBQ and outdoor living room • Spacious living area with sofa and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, plus an indoor dining table for up to 4 guests • Double bedroom with sea view, bright and welcoming, with direct access to the front balcony • Full bathroom with shower • Private laundry area for guests’ convenience LOCATION AND NEARBY ATTRACTIONS Casa Terry is ideal for guests seeking privacy, tranquility, and unique panoramic views, while staying close to services and coastal attractions: • Grocery store, just few minutes’ walk downhill • Main beach - Marina di Praia - reachable via scenic walks (20min Walking) or local transport (stop in 100 mt) • Bars, restaurants and Local bus stops just a few minutes’ walk downhill • Shuttle and bus connections to Positano, Amalfi, and other destinations along the Amalfi Coast - 600 MT walk downhill Note: All services and points of interest are reached by going up or down steps, in line with the typical urban layout of Praiano and the Amalfi Coast. This feature is part of the authentic local experience but makes the property more suitable for guests comfortable with walking and stairs. ACCESS AND PARKING Casa Terry is located in a pedestrian-only area, typical of Praiano, and cannot be reached directly by car. Access is exclusively on foot via a scenic path with around 60 steps. For this reason, the property is not recommended for guests who do not enjoy walking, climbing stairs, or who have mobility issues. Upon request, a paid porter service can be arranged for luggage assistance at check-in and check-out. • Private paid parking available on request at approximately 500 meters from the property (advance booking strongly recommended, especially in high season). • Public paid parking available at approximately 150 meters from the property. Parking is not reservable and may be crowded in high season due to the limited number of spaces. GETTING AROUND Thanks to its strategic location, Casa Terry allows guests to explore the Amalfi Coast easily even without a car. • Boat excursions from Praiano (Marina di Praia – approx. 1 km): The most scenic and relaxing way to travel along the coast. Ideal for visiting Capri, Positano, Amalfi, and sea-access-only coves while avoiding traffic and parking issues. • Public buses (SITA and local buses – stop approx. 100 m away): Regular connections to Positano and Amalfi. A practical and economical option, though often crowded and slower during high season. • Private driver: Offers comfort and flexibility, with higher costs compared to public transport and limited availability during peak periods. Advance booking (at least one day ahead) is recommended. • On foot: The most authentic way to experience Praiano. All services are reachable by walking, always involving steps and elevation changes typical of the area. Recommended for guests accustomed to walking. • Scooter rental: Provides greater independence in terms of schedules and routes, but is recommended only for experienced riders comfortable with narrow and busy coastal roads. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and full access to the entire property. This includes the entire accommodation, patio , the barbecue area, and the private Hot Tub for their exclusive use, ensuring maximum privacy and independence throughout their stay. Other things to note • We offer self check-in for maximum flexibility. If you prefer to be welcomed in person, this can be arranged upon request and subject to availability, within 8:00 PM. • To reach the house it is necessary to walk a path of about 150 meters and about 60 stairs. • The house is located in a pedestrian-only area and cannot be reached by car. • The property is not recommended for guests with mobility issues or for those who do not enjoy walking and climbing stairs. • Parking is not available on site: private paid parking can be arranged on request at around 650 meters, while public paid parking is available at approximately 100 meters from the start of the pedestrian path but is not reservable and may be crowded in high season. • Upon request, a paid porter service can be arranged to assist with luggage at check-in and check-out. • The Hot Tub needs about 24 hours to warm up. Please let us know in advance if you wish to find it warm at arrival. • Please note that the property is located in a natural Mediterranean setting. As part of the local environment, you may occasionally encounter small insects or wildlife, such as ants, spiders, small insects, or lizards, both in the outdoor areas and, occasionally, inside the house.
