Additional Property Information • The property includes a separate basement unit and a separate studio, each with its own private entrance • Please Note: My Brother’s Daniel and Matthew, live onsite in the basement and help care for the home. They have a private separate entrance to the home. Guest access Entry Code provided on your reservation. Large Driveway is shared by everyone daily. *Important*: Airbnb guests please park, (2-Vehicles Maximum), in the clearly marked *White Painted Parking* spaces next to home side, no other parking in driveway. Please inform parking for your guest on next public street, Hickory St. for additional parking. Thank you Other things to note Here is the translation of the House Rules: ⸻ House Rules: Please observe the following: • No Smoking of any kind inside or outside the entire property at all times. • No Pets allowed on the property. No animals of any kind are permitted. Due to the host’s family being severely allergic to animal hair and dander, this listing is strictly allergy-free. There are no exceptions to this rule, as any animal on the property poses a severe health risk to the host’s family. If an animal is brought onto the property, you will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled, and a cleaning fee will be charged. • Please park only in clearly painted white parking spots. Other tenants live on the property and park along the chain-link fence of the driveway. • 2-Vehicle Maximum at all times in the driveway. • Please observe quiet time after 10 PM. CHECK OUT • Check-out time is 10 AM. This allows our cleaning personnel time to prepare for the next guests. • Please remove all trash and recycling to the outside bins. • Place all dishes in the dishwasher and start it. • All Towels please place in Bathtub downstairs .
