Simple, it's the best relaxation🌴 The space ▪[No smoking] Smoking/e-cigarettes are prohibited in the house, and smoke detectors are installed in the house, please be sure to cooperate. ▪ [Environmentally friendly] To be eco-friendly and green, we do not provide any disposable daily necessities: toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs. ▪[Energy Conservation] Please conserve energy and protect the earth, and be sure to turn off the power, lights, and air conditioning when you go out. ▪ [No Outside Guests] No overnight guests or visiting friends. ▪ [Open-air barbecue] Barbecue needs to be informed in advance, the venue is an outdoor open-air barbecue area without a canopy, and can be done if the weather permits. (The B&B can help order ingredients) 📍 The monsoon season is from October to April, and it is windy. For safety reasons, barbecue activities are not allowed. A deposit of NT$3000 will be charged at🏷 check-in and will be refunded in full upon check-out if no damage or violation is confirmed. 🏷Please remember to show your ID for check-in and pay the accommodation fee at the same time. 🏷Parking: One car can be parked in front of the B&B, if there is more than one car, it must be parked on the nearby roadside. 🏷 Breakfast is not provided at this B&B. 🏷 There is no kitchen in the house. If you need to cook, please bring your own utensils. Please be careful about safety when using them. Please close the doors to prevent smoke from entering the room. 🏷To be eco-friendly, no disposable bath items are provided, please remember to bring your own towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, and other personal items. Replacement of bath towels, pillowcases, sheets and bed sheets are not provided for extended stays, and housekeeping is not provided. 🏷 Sorry, no extra beds, pillows, or quilts are available. 🏷 Please check in according to the number of guests (including adults and children). If you need to add more guests, please be sure to inform us in advance and we will charge a fee according to the rules of the B&B. 🏷Visitors are not allowed to enter or exit, and the B&B reserves the right to refuse check-in if the actual number of guests exceeds the number of guests originally agreed upon. 🏷 To maintain the cleanliness of the room and the rights of the next group of guests, late check-out is not possible. If you are unable to check out before 11:00, an overtime fee will be charged, NT$1000 for more than half an hour, and so on, and more than three hours will be charged at the rate of one day's stay. 🏷 The B&B is located in the grassland area, and it is inevitable that there will be more mosquitoes and ants and other small insects in the natural environment. If you cannot accept this, please do not book. 🏷 To conserve energy and avoid mosquitoes affecting the quality of your stay, please close the doors, windows and air conditioning when you go out. 🏷Please lower the volume after 10:00 pm, do not make loud noises and loud music to maintain the peace of the countryside neighborhood, please do not disturb the neighbors. 🏷Strictly no water ball games, parties, fireworks, throwing cigarette butts, spitting betel nut juice, and all other activities related to destroying the courtyard landscape. Illegal activities such as parties, drugs, and alcohol are🏷 strictly forbidden and should be reported to the police. The B&B reserves the right to refuse check-in. 🏷If the guest causes any property damage, destruction, or excessive dirtiness in the B&B during use, all losses will be compensated at the price after the check-out inspection or on-site inspection. 🏷Guests are advised to pay attention to their own safety when using the pool, diving, running, and playing are strictly prohibited, and we are not responsible for any injuries caused by misuse. 🏷 Please bring your key card with you when you go out. If it is lost or damaged, a fee of NT$1000 will be charged. ⛔️ The deposit will not be refunded if the following rules are violated 1. To maintain the accommodation environment, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If the room smells of smoke at check-out, the security deposit will be deducted as a cleaning fee. 2. It is forbidden to throw any items or drinks into the pool, violators will be charged NT$3,000 for cleaning. 3. Birthday cakes or similar items (such as cream, shaving foam, shredded paper flowers, firecrackers, flour, eggs, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being thrown and damaged, making it difficult for the store to clean. 4. Food, drinks, beer, and even vomit cause damage to furniture and furnishings such as mattresses, sofas, and floors. 5. Malicious destruction of room equipment, bedding or sofas with cigarette butts, ballpoint pens or other liquids that cannot be wiped. 6. We have trash cans indoors and in the courtyard, please put the trash in the trash cans and do not throw it on the floor, counter, bed, sofa, bathtub, turf, play pool or any corner.
