At SMyleINN are experiencing Water,and electric Shortage in a summer time.Please let us Conserve Energy. 1. *Check-in and Check-out Times:** Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in, late check-in, and late check-out are available for a fee of ₱250 and must be arranged in advance. But, please note that this is subject for availability if we have other booked guests. 3. **Smoking Policy and Fee:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only. A smoking fee of ₱2000 will be charged for smoking indoors or in non-designated areas. 4. **Pet Policy:** We are a pet-friendly property. A fee of ₱1500 or $35 CAD per pet per stay is charged to cover cleaning and maintenance. Maximum of 2 pets per stay. Pets must be clean, well-groomed and in pet diapers. Please clean up after your pet and observe proper disposal. 6. **No Shoes Inside:** Please remove shoes upon entering the home to keep the floors clean. 7. For a limited time you can bring your own food or you can cook your food with additional and with a limited time. with additional 500 pesos.we will just put it outside the room,and cook outside no food inside the room, you can bring snacks and may request to segragate the garbage and throw in the proper bin,we have 3 Bins outside,Recycle bin,garbage and biodegrable.Guests are welcome to use the dining area or kitchen for meals. 8. **Noise and Respect for Neighbors:** Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM), and respect our neighbors and the community. 9. **Damages and Breakages:** Guests will be responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay. The security deposit may be used to cover repair costs for damages. 10. Please no cooking on site. we can cook for you and serve you with minimal cost.Thank you. 11. **Local Experiences**: Indulge in Ilocano traditions with optional steam and herbal baths at a minimal cost for a unique and relaxing experience. 12. **Culinary Offerings**: Explore our vegan and vegetarian menu options without the hassle of bringing your own food. Any intentional damage or misuse of property will result in deductions from the security deposit or additional charges. 16.Since SMyleINN is a farm, ahome and muddy we required to remove our slipper or shoes inside.we provide SANITIZED slipper inside.but if you prefer your own slipper please bring your own slipper. By booking our property, you agree to abide by these house rules. We want all our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay while respecting our home and our community. For the longer stay we will clean every week the room,we also change the beddings and towels with additional 500 pesos.Every reservations has 2 towels after 2 will be charge 100 pesos every additional. 2 slippers with additional cahrge for 50 pesos for washing and sanitized. 2 amenity kit (inclusions for the reservations) but upon request to avoid wasted. note: since we had affected by the typhoon last July 25 2025,we are under repairing, renovating,and rebuilding. But this room has electricity, water.and also we will walk thru the kapeteria down to the ground. The Bamboobridge we usually used for parhway going to the accommodation was broken.
