Trendy Topanga Cottage on trails and near beach

Do not book with us if you are going to complain and hoping to get a free stay. Beautiful outdoor soaking tub. This original Topanga cabin complete with brick floors and a turret room which is used as a yoga and meditation loft. It is a rustic space and best for people who enjoy nature & camping. Miles of state park trails are directly off of your private back deck. And the best beaches in CA are just minutes away! If you are physically unable to light a fire in a fireplace, please do not book. The space Rustic but beautiful 100 year old cottage, nestled in the woods. This original cottage was a hunting Lodge built in 1923. It has lots of Topanga charm, but is definitely for someone who wants more of a destination bohemian experience. This is true Topanga! We do allow dogs and they stay for free. Unfortunately, we do have to charge $50 if you bring a cat. We have had a lot of unfortunate experiences with cats. Again, please note that we cannot accommodate any car larger than a small sprinter van. Anything larger will not be able to park on the property because we do not have space or clearance. There is only one parking spot per cottage. If you have a second car, you need to make prior arrangements for us to find parking for you down around the corner from the house. There is no street parking in our neighborhood. Guest access There is only one parking spot per cottage and you cannot bring anything larger than the smallest sprinter van 95.5 inches wide and 94.4 inches tall Other things to note We cannot accommodate any vehicle larger than the smallest sprinter van. Absolutely no RVs or large sprinter vans. 140 inches long 95.5 inches wide and 94.4 inches tall max. Absolutely no parties, events, retreats, photo shoots, video shoots at ANY times Use of the yoga loft is at your own risk. Please be careful on the stairs. We are pet friendly for dogs under 50 lbs. we also require a pet deposit. You can order breakfast, lunch or dinner Catered directly to your cottage. I’ll menu items are made fresh to order and are made with organic and locally sourced ingredients. We are a 100% no smoking and no open flame property. This includes outdoor candles. We are zero flame, cigarette, pipe, any smoking device, lighters, candles etc. Anyone who violates this rule is subject to a 700.00 fine Your cottage simply locks on its own when you close the door. Please do not turn the deadbolt because it can lock you out. Topanga is VERY rustic! This is not a polished, newly remodeled “faux” Topanga place. This is an authentic original cottage with quaintness and quirks!
