The space This private upstairs guest suite sits above a detached garage on a beautifully maintained property. With its own entrance and no shared spaces, the space offers privacy and comfort in a quiet residential setting. Inside, the suite is thoughtfully designed in a transitional style, blending timeless elements with clean, understated finishes. There’s a king bed, pull-out sofa, full kitchen with gas range and dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, and a dedicated desk area. Skylights and large windows bring in natural light, and the space is styled to feel simple, clean, and welcoming. Outside, a 4-person barrel sauna and cold plunge tub are tucked along a stone path—perfect for a refreshing start or relaxing end to the day. Guests have use of the sauna daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., offering ample time to enjoy this unique feature in a peaceful garden setting. The gardens surrounding the home are expansive and mature, with layered greenery, flowering shrubs, and gravel walkways—all professionally designed by Sarah J. Meyer Design to complement the timeless charm of the Cape Cod–inspired architecture. Whether you're in town for a weekend or a longer stay, this guest loft offers comfort, privacy, and thoughtful details throughout. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs guest suite, which is located above the detached garage and features a private exterior entrance. There are no shared spaces with the main house. You’ll also have private use of the outdoor 4-person barrel sauna and cold plunge, available daily between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Free parking is available across the street in front of the vacant lot. Other things to note The property is gated. Please provide your estimated arrival time in advance so we can ensure the main gate is open for you at check-in. Guests have access to the sauna/cold plunge between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. daily. Please note that the deck and other outdoor areas of the main home are private and not available for guest use.
