My home is close to airport, restaurants and shopping malls. 20 minutes to downtown Houston, 15 minutes to Spring, 20 minutes to the Woodlands. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers. The space You will be staying in one of the guest rooms of my cozy two-story home. The room has a queen size bed, WIFI, closet with hangers, walk-in closet, dresser drawers, fresh linens and blackout curtains. It is located on the 2nd floor of the property and has its own private bathroom. Guest access You are welcome to use the common areas of the house, such as the living room that has WIFI and Netflix; the kitchen, on which you are welcome to cook and use the pots and pans, cooking utensils, and need to be washed and cleaned before the end of the day; you are responsible for your own food, condiments, beverages, etc. and you can use the fridge/freezer. When it comes to the bathroom, towels and toilet paper will be provided. You are responsible for the rest of your toiletries. You will also have access to the laundry room, washer and dryer, etc. Parking is on the street. During your stay You will be sharing the property with other guests. You are expected to be amicable to other guests, respectful of their belongings, and avoid making loud noises so that the quality of stay of other guests is not disrupted. Other things to note NOTE: This house also has 4 additional rooms that are listed on Airbnb. Please be considerate of other Airbnb guests in the property. If you will be having another guest during the entire stay, you need to include the guest on the reservation. If the guest is just staying a couple of nights, an overnight fee will be charged. Also, this room sits above the master bedroom, which is occupied. If you are a night person and tend to be making a lot of noise and movement at night, this room is not for you.
