Guest access The entire villa and courtyard are at the disposal of guests, including a private, sand/gravel beach (in winter a ski trail from the beach), a rowboat, a terrace and a campfire site. However, all living spaces are available to guests. Outside, there is a garage and storage for private use. Other things to note * We charge an additional €69 for the final cleaning done by a professional cleaning company because we follow strict Covid cleaning rules at the property. * If you don't want to buy cleaning, we require our customers to do the final cleaning according to the covid cleaning list required by Airbnb and the villa should be left in the exact condition as when you arrived. If not, we will have to charge the final cleaning fee afterwards. * Bedding and towels are not included in the rent, if you wish, you can rent them separately from us for 20 €/set. * No pets, so the place is also suitable for people with allergies. A fine of €500 and the cleaning company's costs will be charged if pets are brought into the property or if you smoke inside. * No smoking inside. You can smoke outside. *The water of the villa comes from the clear-watered Kallunkijärvi.
