Located near the Simi Valley Town Center is our awesome 2 Story condo, with a haunted mansion inspired bedroom upstairs including a private bathroom and shower for you. If you love the ride, you’ll love this room. The room features a queen bed, TV, closet space, desk, WiFi access, and ensuite bathroom. Pool/HotTub access available until 10pm. 10 mins to the Ronald Reagan Library. 40 mins to the beach. 60 mins to Disneyland (without traffic). The private single bedroom is located on the second floor of the townhome. The private bath is attached, so you will not need to leave the room to access. Fresh linens are provided. The kitchen is available to guests. 2 Pools and 1 Hot Tub are accessible year round. The front door has keypad access and you will receive a 4 digit code the day before your arrival. You can park one vehicle in guest parking (anywhere in the lot that is not red). I’m usually around most days to assist in a comfortable stay. I am open to any suggestions on making it a better experience for a return visit or another guest. No smoking. No shoes. Please.
