I do not allow any smoking in or on my property and no pets in or visiting my home . I do expect that you will be courteous to any neighbors and respect their privacy . I hope that especially during the work week that you will keep noise levels low. I do expect that during your stay you will be respectful of my home and it’s contents . Please note that you may use anything in my home I just ask that you not remove anything from my home and that if something is broken or damaged that you will be liable for any repairs of replacements if needed . I do not allow parties at my home and only allow a maximum of 6 people to stay the night in my home that were accounted for and paid for .
