Townhouse near beach and city center

Old townhouse from 1904 in cozy and quiet area where kids play in the streets. Our part of the house is on the ground and (190 cm high) basement floor. Entrance is from the back of the building where you also find our private backyard free for your disposal. 350 meters to Lergravsparken Metro Station. 10 mins ride to city center. 15 mins ride to the airport. 20 mins walk to the beach Amager Strand. Private free parking but you can also easily rent cars, bikes or scooters in the immediate area. The space We can host 4 adults, 4 kids + 1 infant (babybed for travelling). Please don't book if you are more than 4 adults. The house is fully equipped for a family with small kids since it is our home. We have two kids, 6 and 9, so lots to do and explore for the kids but not the tidyest home at the moment;-) VERY IMPORTANT..... Since we ourselves are on holiday it is not possible to book cleaning. If you want to use our bed linens, towels, tea towels and so on you need to wash it AND hang it to dry to the next guest before you leave the house. The service fee is not for cleaning but for Airbnb to run their platform. Guest access We live 2 families in the whole house, and rent our part out (1. floor and high basement; 190 cm), when we are on Holiday. The backyard is our private garden, so feel free to use this and the annex. In the annex you will find a small gas grill, and a high chair. The front garden is shared with the upstairs neighbors so the big trampoline, playhouse and swings are frequently visited of the neighborhood kids. Other things to note Since the house is very old the paint peels off and salt is coming trough the walls in the basement. The mason says it is totally normal and not harmful although it doesn't look to nice. The basement has automatic ventilation connected so the air is always fresh and dry. The ceiling height in the basement is not that heigh.
