Located within walking distance to Austin Peay State University and downtown shopping/eating. We are about one hour from Nashville and 15 minutes from Fort Campbell. The space This is a little one bedroom (queen bed), loft style guest house (similar to a hotel room). The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee pot and a sink. We have coffee pods, cups, plates, bowls, and silverware for your use. We also have a ironing board and iron. The bathroom is spacious with a stand up shower. There is one reclining chair that can be used in addition to the bed for viewing television. We include a Roku remote and Netflix. You are welcome to use the patio areas and yard as well. Guest access Keyless entry is available. I will send you a code for the door for contactless check-in. If I have access to your phone number, your code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number.
