The apartment features a full-width balcony, allowing you to enjoy the light and city views from the comfort of your home! It can accommodate up to 4 people, with one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Bed linen and pillows are included. The apartment has a small fully equipped kitchen with the necessary utensils for preparing simple meals. The bathroom has a shower, and shower gel, shampoo, and liquid soap are provided to all guests. Bath and face towels are included. The apartment is easily accessible by public transportation or by car. It is a 20-minute drive from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport and about a 10-minute walk from Jardim do Morro Metro Station (Yellow Line) and General Torres train station, which provide easy access to other points of interest in the city. You can also travel by bus: 900, 901, and 906. If you are coming by car, there is a parking lot right next to it, at Rua Guilherme Gomes Fernandes, 200. Other things to note Important information: Please note that there is a restaurant under this property. It is normal to hear noise until later or at a louder volume than usual. This apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator. You will have to climb some stairs to enter. Check-in & Check-out • Check-in: after 3:00 PM • Check-out: until 11:00 AM Due to frequent arrivals and departures, early check-in and late check-out are not possible, as our cleaning team needs sufficient time to prepare the apartment. However, guests may leave their luggage from 12:00 PM on the day of check-in. Guest Registration All guests must complete the registration form via our platform. The access link is sent by message upon booking confirmation. Check-in is only possible after the form is completed. Please fill it out in advance.
