The Midtown House backs up to the Wilmington municipal golf course. Just around the corner from Long Leaf Park, a 10 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville beach and 5 minutes from UNCW. Recently renovated, the house is bright, sunny and modern while maintaining a 1950s vibe. The space The Midtown House is in a residential area of Wilmington established in the 1950’s and 60s. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house including a back deck with a charcoal grill. Please enjoy the yard from the deck only as there is an unfenced pool nearby.
