Cottage by the ocean with own deck and boat

With only a few metres to your own deck and a really small beach you will find this nice little cottage. The cottage is located on an island near the mainland and here you have the view of a nice little bay. Arkösund is a lovely little village in the the eastern of Vikbolandet in the northern part of St Annas archipelago. Here you can find a grocery store, a hotel, restaurants, small marinas, places to take a bath and places to have ice cream. The space In the cottage there is a bed (1,20 m), and a loft with place for three to four people to sleep on matresses. There is a kitchen with a small table and also a weather protected deck with electrical heating where you look out over the bay. In a separete buildning there is a toilet and a shower. The cottage has warm and cold fresh water. The kitchen has a stove, a microwave, a coffeemaker and a waterboiler. I the bedroom there is a small TV. Guest access A small and simple boat is part of the rent and it takes just about 5 minutes to go from the mainland to the island where the cottage is situated (over a calm bay). The boat has a small engine and it is also possible to row. Other things to note If you want to enjoy the nature, the calm, bathing from your own deck and the closeness to Arkösund, this may be the place for you.
