The space PROPERTY Magical Muskoka River setting, where the water gently ripples by and the pace of cottage country life is more relaxing! Come and enjoy the quiet and serene beauty of the river in all seasons! Property is situated on over 200 feet of the peaceful shores of the Muskoka River, close to the opening of Mary Lake. The cottage features 5 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms, 2 walk-outs on the upper deck with great water views and ample seating. On the main deck there is an outdoor table, ideal for eating breakfast while admiring the view. There is also a sun umbrella for those sunny days! The main deck also includes a patio set with a sectional couch, an armchair, table, and ottoman. This deck area is enclosed by glass railings that don’t obstruct the guests from appreciating the beautiful view. From the main deck, walking down the deck stairs leads you to the other outdoor areas including a fire pit and the hot tub area with its own wrap-around bench. There is also a sports court, where you can play volleyball, basketball or shuffleboard (especially fun for kids). Primary Bedroom has its own private deck to enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the peaceful view. Down by the waterfront there is a dock that accommodates seating for 6 chairs. At the far end of the dock, the water is at least 10' deep. There is a floating lily pad you can attach to the dock and you can dock a boat if needed. There is also a regular jumping trampoline on the property just before you reach the shoreline. COTTAGE INTERIOR KITCHEN The modern kitchen has quartz countertops with beautiful cabinetry and 4 breakfast bar stools. Fully equipped with everything you need, including Air-fryer/Instant Pot/Nespresso Machine/ Coffee Maker w/large pot or single cup/k-cups. Major appliances include: induction range, B/I dishwasher, B/I microwave, beverage fridge as well as the large refrigerator with wifi (kids can use the screen to draw on like a big iPad, play music, watch TV). DINING ROOM The large dining table provides the best setting for a family dinner with seating for 8-10. GREAT ROOM The great room features large windows showcasing the water view and bringing in beautiful natural light. The great room has a large sectional and a NEST cuddle chair (seats 2) beside a spectacular large fireplace. MUSKOKA ROOM 3 Season Muskoka Room (used for storage). BEDROOMS | BATHROOMS 4 of the bedrooms face the water MAIN LEVEL PRIMARY BEDROOM: The spacious main floor master suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet and walk out to private deck. In order to use all amenities safely, guest waiver needs to be signed. This property is not intended for individuals looking for a party place, but rather for relaxing family vacations. Other things to note If you wish to rent any watercraft, there are several marinas in Huntsville that provide daily/weekly boat and ski jet rentals. Some life jackets available- please bring your own infant/child life jackets as those are not provided. Use water toys and enjoy the water at your own risk. Please Note: During winter months, the roads leading to the property are well plowed, but you will need good winter tires or all wheel drive to access the property due to hills.
