Welcome to the Gîte de l'Ancien Puits, in the heart of a small village in the Hérault valley, equidistant between sea and mountain, 4 km from the A750 and 20 minutes from Montpellier! In a cozy atmosphere, you will find the comfort and amenities necessary to spend a pleasant vacation with family, friends or as a couple. The cottage is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In the surroundings you will discover many sites classified as Great Sites of France. The space The cottage is pleasant because of its cleanliness (to which we attach great importance), the cozy decoration, the equipment in the kitchen (if you want to cook small dishes like at home) and the comfort of the bedding. The loggia, facing the outside, will allow you to grill/griddle. Guest access Guests have access to entire Apartment Other things to note The house is on 3 levels: ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor served by stairs. It is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is no safety gate for young children. The cottage has a baby bed and high chair. No pets and no parties allowed. The cleaning fee includes: cleaning the accommodation upon checkout (deep cleaning), bed linens, sheets, bath mats, dish/hand towels and toilet paper. Bathroom linen (large and small towel) is extra: €8/person. To be paid before your arrival.
