Welcome to the Flamingo Hut! We are located inside Ocean Lakes Campgrounds. The Hut is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home. The campgrounds is gated with beach access. There is so much you get with your stay while inside the campgrounds! Please reach out with any questions you may have! Property DOES come with golf cart. You will need to bring your own linens. We can supply linen for an additional charge. Please ask! Minimum age for renting is 25. The space WE WILL ASK FOR A SIGNED CONTRACT TO BE RETURNED 48 HOURS AFTER BOOKING. If not returned within time frame, host has right to cancel reservation. Minimum age for renting is 25. It is required for the renter listed on the reservation to stay on the premises for length of stay. There are three bedrooms. The master has a queen sized bed and on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full sized bed with a shared bathroom to the third bedroom, which has twin sized bunk beds. You will need to bring your own linens (towels, bed sheets, etc.), toiletries and essentials, unless otherwise noted in the listing. We offer linens for an additional charge. There is a fully functional kitchen. This includes an electric stove/oven and full sized fridge. Basic kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and a full kitchen set-up to include enough dishware to cook for max occupancy, and cookware are provided for tenant use. All items noted through house are available for use. Within the kitchen, you will find full sized washer and dryer. Bring any beach items you are going to utilize. You may use what we have, but no guarantee of availability or condition of items. Tent structures are strictly prohibited on the beach through Horry County ordinance. Make sure to take home what you bring, or it will be there for the next guest. Within the Ocean Lakes Campgrounds, you will have access to a pool/water park (when in season), camp store, golf cart rentals, basketball courts, Nature Center, playgrounds, Meet N' Eats, Coffee and Creamery, Laundromat, dog park, and daily activities listed in the monthly calendar. The camp grounds has direct beach access with golf cart parking. There is a parking pass that is paid separate from this reservation. This is paid directly through Ocean Lakes.
