Close to a multitude of activities, our newly remodeled modern house is the perfect place to relax, explore, and hide away in all four seasons. This listing is currently ONLY for the upstairs of the house. It is a full 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, rental with the following: *Carefully appointed, newly refinished, and fully furnished *New: hardwood floors, appliances, ductless air conditioning and heating *Queen-sized platform memory-foam mattresses *A chef's kitchen with a view. Plus sharp knives! * Wood fireplace *Carpet-free unit Your friendly, well-behaved dog(s) is welcome to join you on vacation. We will send a request for an “extra service fee” for $25 (per dog) close to your arrival date. Failure to claim/pay for dogs will result in a $100 charge. All dogs must be socialized and non-aggressive towards humans and other dogs alike, and may NOT be left unattended in the house. Due to allergies, cats cannot be accommodated. Tucked in the Willamette Forest our house is perched just above the Hills Creek Reservoir and only a few miles outside of town. There is so much to do in the area, no matter the season, and our place is the perfect home base for exploring while you: mountain bike, fish, ski or snowboard, swim, hike, or boat. **Please note water levels fluctuate and some seasons might have lower levels. Do not plan your stay based on water activities. There is not direct water access right from the property* In warm weather you’ll enjoy the expansive lawn, grilling on the patio, or exploring the trails. There are many wonderful swimming holes we can direct you to also. In colder weather, you’ll enjoy warming up by the propane fire, while watching the dramatic fog and clouds sweep over the landscape. Guest access You have private access to the upstairs of the house and yard. The yard is not fenced. The downstairs of the house is a fully separate private quarters for us. Other things to note *Your cellphones will have reception in the house, but it is spotty and laggy. (Sprint and T-Mobile customers may not have as good reception.) We have a weak, limited WiFi signal due to our location. We recommend downloading to your devices before you arrive. *There is no television. A great place to unplug and unwind! *The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age. *Guest limit is a -maximum- of 4. If you'd like to bring more than the maximum number you will need to inquire -before- approving your reservation. Once your reservation is made, if there are additional guests on site, your trip will be cancelled with no refund *NO smoking (of cigarettes or marijuana) is permitted anywhere on the premises.
