A Nest in the Glenn

This is a quiet, comfortable, smoke/vape free ( no smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or the front/back yards), below grade (basement) space in our home with a private entrance. ( No need to enter through our living space) There is a fenced back yard. Located in a mature, welcoming neighborhood; situated in Northglenn, Colorado. It is a comfy place to rest. We are a very short drive/walk to Starbucks and several restaurants. I-25 is less than a mile away with easy on/off ramps. The space Our guests enter through a private entry, down stairs ( stairs are common area) and through double doors leading straight into a private 1100+ square foot apartment. Living room has an inviting electric fire place, a sofa sleeper, a large flat screen smart tv (with Netflix) and the first of two work stations. (free WiFi included) The quaint eat in kitchen includes a full sized stove, microwave and apartment sized refrigerator. Full size washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen, as well as the second work station. The main bathroom is also the master bedroom’s ensuite; with a shower/ soaker tub combo. The master features a queen size bed The secondary bedroom is complete with its own 3/4 en-suite bathroom as well as a pull out trundle bed. Located a few blocks from Starbucks and restaurants. Less than a mile away from I-25. 15 minutes from downtown Denver. Backs up to a green belt with walking path. Guest access Guests occupy the entire apartment. May have full use of back yard with gazebo and gas fire pit Other things to note There are cats and dogs in the main house, however they are not allowed in the apartment space. Please be aware that the heating vents are connected. Might not be the best place for someone with cat/ dog allergies.
