“Shelz Place” Cozy 1 bedroom with living room

Perfect place to end a long day. Put your feet up and relax in our warm and cozy abode. This unit is a lower level separate entrance of our home, located in a quiet neighborhood. Our house is dog friendly and we welcome friendly dogs. Dogs should not run free in the neighborhood. Please clean up after your furry friend. Extra linens, blankets and pillows are located in the chaise part of the couch and also in the wicker baskets. Lift up on the tab that is located at the end of the chaise. The space Located right off of the road with easy access to the front door. There is a covered space below the deck, for parking small vehicles or just utilizing for your needs. The square trash can is for recycling and the round one is for trash. Please note that the toilet is up one step from the main bathroom floor. The light switch by the sink will illuminate the area. Guest access Guests will have access to the bedroom, Livingroom. and bathroom. Other rooms in the downstairs are storage space and will be locked for your safety. Other things to note Quiet time is 10pm to 6am no smoking indoors We do live upstairs and need to be up early. Although we do our best to walk lightly, there is some slight noise.
