Cypress Cottages has a partial ocean view from the quaint breakfast nook and kitchenette. In the cottage you will also find a queen bed, comfy living area, and a relaxing tub shower combination. Although we allow two pets per accommodation, if you're traveling with larger breeds, we recommend a larger cottage. There is a $30 per pet per night fee that is NOT included in the room rate. Our property has 17 rooms and cottages in 11 buildings. Some are stand alone cottages, some are motel style rooms with shared walls and decks. The property is 6.2 rural acres of natural gardens surrounded by forests. We are in the wild so there are lots of birds and wildlife. This cottage on the ground floor with three steps to the front door. Guests have access to the interior of the cottage, the private, fenced front yard, and the rest of the property grounds. Innkeepers are available from 8 am to 8 pm for questions, requests, and anything else you may need. The town of Little River, Ca is just three miles south of Mendocino. There is a small market and gas station and a restaurant at the Little River Inn. It is a very rural area with lots of wildlife, dirt roads, and quiet, star filled nights. This area does not have public transport, taxis, ubers, or lyfts available. Guests have to drive off property for food and activities. Up to two pets per room or cottage. Nightly pet fee of $30 per pet not included in the rate and to be collected at check-in. Our pet kit includes a pet bed, towel, sheet, bowls, treats and other surprises.
