Beautiful and comfy 5th Wheel Camper includes livingroom couch that converts to full size bed, office/desk area, and dining table with side extenders and chairs. Kitchen includes microwave, stove, and oven and plenty of counter and cabinet space. Stairs leads up to enclosed bathroom with full size toilet, sink, and shower and the Master bedroom includes a queen size mattress, dressers, and cabinets and sliding door for privacy. The lot is big and roomy with a wooden deck. Camper is stationary. The space The campground/RV Park is pristine and peaceful. There are 49 other campsites with 24 seasonal campers that are mostly mature couples and with well maintained RVs. The other campers love it here and come year after year. There is so much to do in the area for adventure! There are 20 lakes within 20 minutes with the best fishing! An ATV/ORV trail within a few minutes, a Golf course right around the corner, and Zip Lining adventure within 12 minutes. For more relaxing fun, there's a Casino, Amish markets, Trails, and Shopping and Dining at the neighboring cities. Guest access You'll have access to your camper, which includes a wood patio deck, fireplace for a campfire, and a picnic table. We'll also provide access to the public bathhouse and laundry. If you come with a utility trailer, boat, sidexside, ATV, you can park those for FREE on our overflow site across the road. Other things to note Please plan to bring your own sheets, blankets, and towels and don’t forget the food and perishables, of course.
