Private Room w/Work Station!

Cozy place to unwind after a long day of work or visiting attractions in the local area! Close to freeway/Bart, shopping, gyms, gas, post office and salons. The space Private room, in a 3-bedroom house with attached converted garage studio. In the main house, one room of the 3 bedrooms is used as an office, the other two rooms are guest rooms. The other room (Master bedroom) is currently occupied by a male family member. Your hosts live in the attached converted garage studio. We are just a message away if you ever need us. We do have a dog named Rocky! He is rarely in the main house without us but roams the backyard often. Just let us know if he is ever being too friendly! Internet, keyless entry, security cameras, and other free amenities included! The private room has a Streaming Smart TV with Netflix, and other apps included. Guest access Full access to private room, shared bathroom (listed as shared but everyone has their own bathroom so rarely is it used by others), fully equipped kitchen, cozy family room, board game room for having fun, and a spacious back yard for relaxing. During your stay My husband, our dog, and I, live in the converted garage studio attached to the main house. We are empty nesters without a lot of frequent visitors. Family visits occasionally, mostly around the holidays. Sunday is usually when we do laundry. Laundry is available for guests all other days. You are welcome to interact with others as much as you feel comfortable, we are all friendly, sociable people. Some prefer to keep to themselves and that is acceptable as well. The backyard is fully landscaped and available for outdoor relaxation. The yard area to the right out the back door is for the studio space. Please use the yard area to the left when wanting to be outdoors. Other things to note Free street parking close to property. There is usually parking right in front of the house. With street parking, we park front or back end to the curb in order to fit more cars.
