Pick fresh Oranges and Grapefruits each morning for juicing! There is a private entrance to the cottage, which is equipped with wireless internet connection, television (Netflix and Hulu), luxurious queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and large closet, Full kitchen with large refrigerator microwave, and oven. There is 1 fold out couch that is great for the kiddos or smaller adults. There is an adjacent office that has its own separate entrance and is locked from use. Places of interest within 45 minutes' drive include Universal Studios, Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive, Venice Beach, Hollywood Sign, Getty Villa, Malibu, Santa Monica, Santa Barbara, local missions (San Buenaventura, Santa Barbara, Santa Ines, Los Olivos), Ronald Reagan Library, Air Force 1 Museum and Camarillo Premium Outlets (120 brand name shops, 8 mins away). Activities include ferries to Anacapa and Santa Cruz islands, kayaking around Anacapa, whale watching (when in season), surf beaches 20 minutes away, great biking and walking trails and much more. A wee bit of planning is helpful as we are about 10 minutes from the closest grocery store. Guest access You have full access of the Guest Cottage space. Parking just outside your front door! Other things to note This is an up and coming location for wonderful wineries. You can view some of the vineyards from your deck while sipping on your morning coffee. There are numerous varieties of wildlife in the area including soaring hawks, owls and you hear the occasional howl of coyotes in the barranca behind the house.
