Family homestead, open to guests (room1)

Our family home is located in the north part of the island, about 3 miles out of Ramsey town. We are completely surrounded by farmlands and the Sulby river borders the north perimeter of our land. We have a small natural woodland close to the river and welcome our guests to freely walk the land and enjoy its beauty. The space The guest room in our house is part of the original cottage, it has been modernised since. The room is located away from all the other personal bedrooms, next to the kitchen, dining, utility area and the back door. Our guests are welcome in these areas as the rest of our house is for the family. For your convenience, your room has got a smartTV. Breakfast can be served at any pre-arranged time in the morning. NB Unfortunately the room has very thick stones walls and therefore very weak to sometimes no Wi-Fi signal in it. However just as you step out of the room into the communal areas, there is fast fibre connectivity. During your stay I am a full time homemaker and homesteader, and 100% at your disposal while you are staying in my home. If I can assist with additional things like airport transfer etc please do not hesitate to ask. Other things to note The room has a double bed, large wardrobe, table and two chairs, has a bar fridge, microwave, kettle and basic cutlery and crockery. Our house is situated on the Glen Duff part of the TT/ MGP racing circuit, this can be noisy during race times unless you love racing, then this is a bonus. NB We have two Laborador dogs who live in the house with us as well as livestock on the farm. We have young children and therefore a busy, sometimes noisy home, however we do try to keep the noise levels down when we have quests.
