Vacation home in Derry

Welcome to our home away from home. This cozy lake get away just minutes over the border from Massachusetts is the perfect place to connect with friends and family. Enjoy days out on the water which is right outside your back door! Or nights at the fire pit enjoying the stars. We have wifi, tv w/ streaming services, laundry, a/c & heat, and kayaks to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. We're family friendly and have a crib for infant/baby. The space Our home has two bedrooms. One on the first floor where the bathroom is also located. The first floor bedroom has a queen size bed kitty cornered, with access into the bed from only the left side, or end of the bed. The second bedroom is on the second floor with a king size bed. There is also a small bonus room on the second floor with a full size crib for an infant/toddler. Other things to note Please note that our lake/water access is from our dock. (Docks get taken out Nov.1) Water is shallow at dock/wall which allows for easy in and out for Kayaks.
